Directions

 

 

From the West:  I-490 East to the Winton Road Exit.  North (left) on Winton Road.  Proceed under the underpass and take a left at Blossom Road (Tops will be on your left).  Approximately 1/2 block after turning onto Blossom, the entrance to Artisan Works is on your left and parking will be on your right.

From the East:  I-490 West  to the University Avenue exit.  Proceed on University  to Winton Road.  Turn right (north) onto Winton Road.  Proceed under the underpass and take a left at Blossom Road (Tops will be on your left).  Approximately 1/2 block after turning onto Blossom, the entrance to Artisan Works is on your left and parking will be on your right.

  From the North:  I-590 South to the Blossom Road exit.  Turn right (west) on Blossom Road.  Proceed on Blossom approximately 1 mile to the intersection of Blossom & Winton (Blossom Road will be the third light & Tops will be in front of you and to your left).  Continue through the intersection  Approximately 1/2 block after turning onto Blossom, the entrance to Artisan Works is on your left and parking will be on your right.

From the South:  I-590 North to the Blossom Road exit.  At the light, turn left (west) on Blossom Road.  Proceed on Blossom approximately 1 mile to the intersection of Blossom & Winton (Blossom Road will be the fourth light & Tops will be in front of you and to your left).  Continue through the intersection  Approximately 1/2 block after turning onto Blossom, the entrance to Artisan Works is on your left and parking will be on your right.

 

  PARKING:   We suggest the best parking can be found across the street from the Gallery in the Blossom Office Park parking lot.  You'll see the signs that clearly say "565-595 Blossom Rd. Parking."  You can also find plenty of parking at the east end of the Blossom Office Park.  Parking right in front of the entrance to the Fair itself will be very limited and we ask you to use this for pick-up and drop off only.

Vendors:  You may unload at the double doors (Painted Train) marking the entrance or at the rearing horse at the west end of the gallery depending upon the placement of your table.

Summer consignment ticket order forms have already been sent to you and are currently available on the web:  www.rares.org/bulletinboard.htm.  A number of vendors bring us their summer tickets at the Fair so we'll begin sending out tickets shortly thereafter.  If you haven't already submitted your requests for amusement park tickets, we encourage you to do so at your earliest convenience.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


 


 


 


 


Other Info - Updated Ticket Request Forms

    A new consignment as well as individual ticket order form is now available.

We've updated your consignment ticket order form to include Fast Ferry Passport to Savings booklets which you can obtain from RARES on consignment.

 

 

We've also added a few summer amusement parks to the order form that you can order tickets from the RARES office on a pre-pay basis (because of limited demand).  These parks include:
  • Dorney Park (Allentown, PA)
  • Mountain Creek Waterpark (Jackson, NJ)
  • Six Flags Great Adventure & Wild Safari
  • Six Flags New England (Springfield, MA)

RARES is the acronym for the Rochester Area Recreation and Employee Services Association.  Chartered in 1983, RARES is a not-for-profit association comprised of its General and Associate Members. 

Information for RARES member representatives can be found online at www.rares.org.  Use your member ID # to access the members only portion of the site.

 

  On the web site, the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs tab ) will provide answers to most questions you will have as a General Member representative.  Within the members section, the Downloads tab will take you to the section where printable forms for ordering tickets, explanations for employees, etc., are available.
